摘要：Las innovaciones socioeconómicas que se están manifestando en la sociedad globalizada actual evidencian el encuentro contradictorio con una serie de amenazas y de oportunidades susceptibles de analizarse en el marco de las relaciones educación superior y empleo. Se advierte también del surgimiento de nuevas demandas y estrategias formativas puestas en marcha por sus distintos actores frente a la nueva regulación del ámbito laboral, situación innovadora que afecta y debe preocupar a las decisiones que se tomen desde el ámbito de la política de la educación superior.Con un enfoque reflexivo, se pretende incitar hacia una actitud comprensiva que apunte a una exigencia de capacidades y que señale la conveniencia del compromiso para encontrar estrategias suficientemente elásticas capaces de responder a un objetivo más ambicioso que la mera solución de problemas prácticos.
其他摘要：Socioeconomic innovations, which are typical for the present globalised society, show a contradictory encounter of a number of threads and opportunities, which can be analysed in the framework of the relationship between higher education and employment. Taking this framework of relations as a multidimensional area, the search of new educational demands and strategies, which are put into operation by different actors because of the new regulation of the labour sector, is introduced. This situation is innovative and should be taken into account for the decisions taken in the political field of higher education. This article pretends with a reflexive approach, which is justified by the empirism of the data and the strict prospective analysis, to stimulate an understanding attitude, which points out a requirement of capacities and which shows the convenience of a compromise to find sufficiently elastic strategies, which are able to respond to a more ambitious objective than the mere solution of practical problems.
