摘要：El desarrollo y la integración fueron temáticas presentes en la historia de intelectuales, políticos y creadores o técnicos de la política externa brasileña. En el período entre 1945 y 1964, esos temas fueron particularmente importantes. El objetivo de este artículo es traer al público algunas de esas propuestas, permitiendo descubrir los matices de los significados y contenidos asumidos por esos temas en el contexto general del llamado período populista, pero también revelando las diversas ideologías acerca del desarrollo y de la integración en los diferentes gobiernos, intelectuales y diplomáticos.
其他摘要：Development and integration were issues presents in the worries of intellectuals, politicians and diplomats. In the period between 1945 and 1964, those themes were particularly important. The aim of the article is bring to public some of these proposals, enabling to find the nuances of the meanings and contents embedded by those subjects in the populist period, but also revealing the ideologies about development and integration in the different governments, intellectuals groups and diplomatic personal.
