摘要：Este trabajo plantea un acercamiento a la revista Tricolor y a la figura de Rafael Rivero Oramas y su contribución a la creación de un pensamiento y una estética venezolana sobre la literatura y el arte dirigido a la infancia. Se percibe la necesidad de educar al futuro hombre que el país requería desde la perspectiva de un sujeto integral, con rasgos pluriculturales y universales. 其他摘要：This paper proposes an approach to the magazine Tricolor and the figure of Rafael Rivero Oramas and his contribution to the creation of the thought and Venezuelan aesthetic about literature and art directed to childhood.
