摘要：Aproximación semántica de la interdependencia teóricopráctica entre ciudad-educación-ciudadanía, con el fin de acercarnos a la realidad social que soporta sus distintas manifestaciones. Es evidente que las condiciones estructurales y formales de cada uno de estos constructos, afecta la dinámica de los otros, produciendo cambios o transformaciones, no siempre aceptables, por su incidencia deformadora en el colectivo social. Proponemos, como meta prioritaria, la contribución de una educación ciudadana que revalorice el compromiso con el entorno físico, cultural y social, dentro de un proceso crítico, ético y reflexivo, donde esté presente el interrogarnos acerca de el porqué y el para qué de los cambios urbanos que presionan al mundo actual (ciudadano) para posicionarse hacia el futuro.
其他摘要：Semantic approach of interdependence between theory and practice-Citizenship-Education City, in order to approach the social reality that supports its various manifestations. Clearly, the structural and formal conditions of each of these constructs, affects the dynamics of the other, producing or processing changes, not always acceptable for its distorting effect on the social collective. We propose as a primary goal the contribution of citizenship education that reassess the commitment to the physical, cultural and social enviroment within a critical, ethical and refl ective process where we wonder about the why and wherefore of urban changes that push the world today (citizen) to be positioned towards the future.
