摘要：Las nuevas circunstancias sociales se manifiestan fundamentalmente como consecuencia de dos procesos irreversibles la globalización y la posmodernidad que deben hacernos reflexionar sobre el papel que tiene el Trabajo Social y sobre las respuestas posibles que se deberían dar a los desafíos actuales. La clave de la intervención de los trabajadores sociales no es otra que mantener la vigencia de la posición ética como respuesta ante la adversidad del ser humano, adaptándola a la globalización. De ahí, que hablemos de ética global. Al mismo tiempo, el cambio de valores que la posmodernidad implica requiere de un reconocimiento del sujeto como actor social y de la cambiante identidad de las/os trabajadoras/es sociales. En un futuro cercano abandonaremos esa identidad colectiva de atención a lo marginal, para tomar una nueva identidad colectiva de mediadores sociales desde una perspectiva universalista.
其他摘要：New social circumstances are fundamentally manifested as a consequence of two irreversible processes: globalization and postmodernism, and they should make us reflect upon the role of Social Work and about the possible answers that should be given to current challenges. The key intervention of social workers is no other than keeping an ethical position before human adversity, adapting it to globalization times. That is why we talk about global ethics. At the same time, the change in our value system derived from postmodernism needs to recognize individuals as social actors, and to understand the changing identities of social workers. In a near future, we will abandon this collective identity of marginality care givers, and will gain a new collective identity of social mediators, from a universal perspective.
