摘要：El artículo contribuye a la discusión de la relación entre métodos cualitativos y teoría social en el marco de la crisis de la representación y la emergencia de la reflexividad. Se pasa revista al desarrollo de lo cualitativo en el siglo XX, las implicaciones de la teoría social en la posguerra, y el papel de las teorías críticas en el momento de dar respuesta a la crisis de sentido y representación. Se cierra el texto con una discusión sobre la necesidad de la reflexividad hoy en el oficio etnográfico.
其他摘要：The article contributes to the discussion of the relation between qualitative methods and social theory, within the framework of the representativeness crisis and the emergence of reflexivity. The rise and development of the qualitative in the twentieth century, social theory implications in the postwar period, as well as the role played by critical theories in finding an answer to the crisis of sense and representation are the main issues reviewed by the authors. Finally, the article concludes with a discussion about the need for reflexivity within the ethnographic field.
