摘要：En el presente trabajo se abordan los aspectos psicológicos concomitantes a la patología oncológica ginecológica. De forma habitual estas pacientes están sometidas a diferentes modalidades terapéuticas que provocan efectos acumulativos. En términos generales, el tratamiento de elección es quirúrgico, principalmente mastectomía e histerectomía. Estos tratamientos quirúrgicos provocan efectos antes, durante y después de los mismos. Entre los que cabe citar: alteraciones sexuales, cambios en la imagen corporal, infertilidad y menopausia inducida. Para concluir, se especifican los procedimientos terapéuticos psicológicos del proceso, tanto del diagnóstico como del tratamiento quirúrgico y de los efectos derivados del mismo
其他摘要：In the present study, some psychological aspects that are concurrent to gynecological oncological pathology are addressed. Normally, these patients undergo various therapeutic modalities that provoke accumulative effects. In general, the treatment of choice is surgery, particularly mastectomy and hysterectomy. The prior, concomitant, and subsequent psychological effects of these surgical treatments should also be taken into account. Among these effects are: sexual alterations, changes in body image, infertility, and induced menopause. Although the two latter are not themselves psychological, they, in turn, cause psychological effects. Summing up, the psychological therapeutic procedures of the process are specified, considering the diagnosis, the surgical treatment, and the effects derived thereof
