摘要：En la actualidad, dentro de las escuelaregulares se trabajan proyectos enfocados a la inclusión. Uno de los elementos a considerar como necesidad específica para continuar con dichos proyectos es la formación docente,pilar que sustenta la dinámica educativa en las escuelas, ya que requiere conocimientos puntuales en cuanto a conceptos y habilidades para trabajar en la diversidad. En el presente documento se analiza la finalidad del asesoramiento educativopor parte de expertos en la materia, para aplicarla como herramientade formación docente. Es una buena opción, porque para realizarla es ne-cesario evaluar las necesidades específicas de cada escuela y trabajar de forma contextualizada, tomando en cuenta sus características concretas. Así, por medio del asesoramiento, pueden cubrirse sus necesidades, con lo cual se propicia además la reflexión acerca de la práctica docente.
其他摘要：At the present time, within the regular schools projects focused to the inclusion are working. One of the elements to consider like specific necessity to be able to continue with these projects is the teacher training, pillar that educative dynamics in the schools because the projects requires preciseknowledge about concepts and abilities to work in the diversity. In the present document, the purpose of the educative advising on the part of experts in the matter is analyzed, to apply it like tool of educational formation. It is a good option becauseto build it, is necessary to make an evaluation of the specific necessities of each school and to work in the school, considering his concrete characteristics. Thus, through advising the necessities can be covered in the schools, causing in addition the reflection about the educational practice.
