摘要：El objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en descubrir la relación que existe entre el ejercicio de autoridad y las variables atributivas de 206 maestros multigrado que laboran en cinco municipios ubicados al sur del estado de Sonora, México. Se aplicó una escala que mide en dos factores control instruccional autoritario y democrático el estilo de ejercer la autoridad dentro del aula por parte de los docentes. Los resultados obtenidos por medio de pruebas no paramétricas (U Mann-Whitney y Kruskal-Wallis) describen, en general, que existen diferencias por edad del maestro y por características de la escuela (unitaria y multigrado).
其他摘要：The purpose of the present work is to describe the relation between the exercise of authority and the attributive variables of 206 multigrade-teachers that work in five municipalities located to the south of the state of Sonora, Mexico. A scale measuring the teachers style of exercising authority in the classroom with two factors authoritarian and democratic was applied. The results, in general, obtained through non parametric tests (statistics) (UMann- Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis),describe that there are differences regarding the age of the teacher and the characteristics of the school (unitary and multigrade).
