摘要：Se presenta una revisión crítica de los estudios que han investigado las relaciones entre estrés e inmunidad. Se presentan los resultados de tres metaanálisis y se analiza la forma como usualmente este tipo de investigaciones definen y miden el estrés y el sistema inmune. Se señalan las deficiencias metodológicas de los estudios y las conclusiones. Finalmente, se hace una propuesta alternativa para superar varias de las dificultades mencionadas.
其他摘要：A critical review is presented of studies which investigate the relationships between stress and immunity. The outcomes of three meta-analysis reviews are presented, and the ways in which the investigators define and evaluate stress and the immune system. The methodological deficiencies of the studies and conclusions are pointed out. Alternative proposals are presented in order to get over the mentioned difficulties.
