其他摘要:Eleven empirical studies were uncovered in a literature review of research findings, relevant to the proposition that Peruvian workers prefer authoritarian supervision. With a basic definition of authoritarian supervisión as criterion (centralization of decision power, intolerance toward subordinate´s disagreements, rejection of subordinate´s suggestions), no evidence whatsoever favorable to the proposition was found. The data suggested that Peruvian workers have a negative attitude towaró authoritarian suppervision. The empirical evidence conceming a secondary aspect of authoritarianism, closeness of supervísíon, was ambiguous.
