其他摘要:Three groups, of 15 children each, were compared in their cognitive, Socio emotional and language development. The three groups were identical in age. Sex and sociocultural background; one group worked in an experimental program, the other was in the traditional curriculum program and the third group was raised at home. The results indicated that (1) there was no statistically significant differences among the three groups in their socio emotional and language development, and (2) that the experimental group obtained the highest scores in the cognitive test, demonstrating that the experimental program affected positively the cognitive development, Implications of these findings are diseussed
