  • 其他摘要:Motivational factores were investigated in Saving and Loan Associatíons, according to the ocupational level of the employees, Subjects were 42S men and women, belonging to three groups: managers, midium level employees, and low level workers. An instrument was constructed for the present study that measured seven motivational factors: affilíatíon, progress in employment, self-esteem, achievement, power, recognition, and payment. Validity and reliability of the instrument were determined previously to the application. Significant differences were found among the three groups in relation to the main motivational factors. An analysís of the results ís presented conceming social and psychological dimensions of motivation to work
