其他摘要:Motivational factores were investigated in Saving and Loan Associatíons, according to the ocupational level of the employees, Subjects were 42S men and women, belonging to three groups: managers, midium level employees, and low level workers. An instrument was constructed for the present study that measured seven motivational factors: affilíatíon, progress in employment, self-esteem, achievement, power, recognition, and payment. Validity and reliability of the instrument were determined previously to the application. Significant differences were found among the three groups in relation to the main motivational factors.
