其他摘要：As a part of a larger project, attitudes towards the old were studied using the semantic differential technique in 191 Army personnel. The instrument had 20 seven-point scales, concerning the attitudes toward old men and old women. Subjects were divided in seven groups according to their status in the Argentine Army and educational level. Differences wereexplored in the groups. In general, attitudes towards old people were not too negative, but neutral. The implications of these findings are pointed out
