其他摘要：The maín purpose of the study was to establish a relatíon between job involvement, age, locus of control, and Iength of service. In the rcalization of it there were 87 female employees dedicated to the assembly of electríc current switches. They responded to three instruments: the scale of job involvement, the I.E scale of locus of control, and a questionnaire of general facts. The analysis of multiple regressíon showed that the variables of locus of control, age, and years of service onlyexplain the 10% of the variability of the job involvement. When thevariables were intercorrelated, only one positive and significant correlatíon between involvement and age of the pardcipants was found. An analysis of variance was also carried out for the factorial design 2 (locus of control) X II (age) X 3 (years of service) , and no significant difference in job involvement in the experimental conditions was foundº
