其他摘要:Recent criticisms of attitude change research have focused on its lack of external generalizability due to restrícted selection of attitude topics, techniques, and measures. The papers in this symposium describe approaches to attitude change that to varying degrees diverge from the main foci traditional to the field, making such criticisms less pertinent. The authors presented here have used field as well as laboratory situatíons, and have succesafully modified important attitudes and behaviours.
