摘要：En este artículo se ofrece una perspectiva sobre el aprendizaje como cambio en la identidad, tomando como punto de referencia la teoría de la participación periférica legítima (PPL) de Lave y Wenger (1991) y desarrollando la idea del aprendizaje como reconfiguración de agencia. El artículo parte de un contraste entre la PPL y las concepciones conductistas y cognitivas del aprendizaje. Luego, examina algunas acepciones del concepto de identidad en la literatura reciente en psicología y educación. Finalmente, introduce la noción de agencia como clave para articular los conceptos de identidad, aprendizaje y práctica.
其他摘要：Starting from Lave and Wenger's (1991) theory of legitimate peripheral participation (LPP), and developing the idea of learning as a reconfiguration of agency, this article offers a perspective on learning as a change in identity. It begins by contrasting LPP and behavioral and cognitive conceptions of learning. Then it discusses some meanings of the concept of identity in the recent literature in psychology and education. The article ends by introducing the notion of agency as way to articulate the concepts of identity, learning, and practice.
