摘要：El artículo defiende la tesis de que el Papa JUAN PABLO II retoma las cuestiones básicas de la comprensión clásica del derecho, pero también amplía su significado para elaborar una concepción personalista o humanista del derecho según la cual la justicia y el derecho se articulan o armonizan en y por la persona. El principio de justicia unicuique suum supone aceptar que el derecho es un bien de la persona y un bien de la sociedad que se caracteriza por ser lo propio e irrenunciable, por tener carácter universal y por ser lo debido a otro. Desde la visión personalista, la justicia y el derecho se relacionan con el amor porque son expresión de la dignidad trascendente de la persona
其他摘要：This paper upholds the thesis that Pope JOHN PAUL II takes on the basic issues of the classical understanding of jurisprudence, but he enhances its meaning in order to work out a personalist or humanist conception of right and law according to which justice and law organize or harmonize themselves into and because of the person. Following the principle of justice unicuique suum, it must be accepted that rights are personal and social assets, characterized as being somebodys own and unrenounceable goods, and as having a universal validity and being that which is due to others.
