摘要：Dentro del natural proceso de inserción de las nuevas tecnologías a la administración pública se ha considerado como uno de los factores preponderantes la introducción de las municipalidades o gobiernos locales en el nuevo modelos de gestión. El municipio digital o municipio electrónico se muestra como un importante componente del gobierno electrónico y por ello se precisa estudiar su conceptualización y desarrollo. El presente trabajo pretende analizar el fenómeno partiendo de la siguiente estructura: (i) Se analizará el gobierno electrónico, desde una perspectiva doctrinal; (ii) Se expondrá la interdependencia entre los conceptos de gobierno electrónico y municipio digital; (iii) Se expone brevemente las posibilidades que la convergencia en materia de telecomunicaciones puede ofrecer a las diferentes herramientas de municipio digital; y (iv) Se expondrán algunas conclusiones sobre el tema
其他摘要：Within the natural process of insertion of new technologies to public administration, it has been considered as one of most preponderant factors, the introduction of local governments in the new model of management. The digital communities or electronic communities show itself as an important component of e commerce and that is why its necessary to study its conceptualization and development. This document pretends to analyze the issue starting from the following structure: (i) The analysis of e government from a doctrinal perspective; (ii) The relationship between the concepts of e government and digital government; (iii) A brief explanation of the possibilities that the convergence in matters of telecommunications may offer to the different tools of digital communities; and (iv) Conclusions
