摘要：El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo identificar el nivel de estrés y las manifestaciones de síntomas físicos de los profesionales de enfermería que trabajan en el servicio de urgencia de un Hospital Estadual. Fue realizado un estudio descriptivo de naturaleza cuantitativa. Participaron del estudio enfermeros y auxiliares de enfermería. De los participantes de la investigación, 37% presentaron cansancio, 92% dificultad para dormir, 65% irritabilidad extrema por pequeñas cosas, 45%, nivel alto de estrés y 33% nivel moderado. Se hace necesario, por lo tanto, la implementación de acciones preventivas y correctivas para minimizar las cargas de estrés existentes. Asimismo es necesario que las empresas desarrollen estrategias para la prevención y control del estrés de sus trabajadores las cuales ciertamente traerán beneficios al profesional, haciendo con que él pueda actuar con mayor tranquilidad, en vista que él estará más preparado, lo que posibilitará prestar asistencia de mayor calidad y de forma más humanizada.
其他摘要：The present work must aims to identify the level of stress and the manifestations of physical symptoms of the nursing professionals who work in the service of emergency of a State Hospital. This is a descriptive and quantitative study. Nurses and nursing assistant participated of the study. The participants of the research presented fatigue, 37%; difficulty to sleep, 92%; extreme irritability by small things, 65%; displayed a high level of stress, 45% and 33% moderate level of stress. It is needed, therefore, the implementation of preventive and correct actions to diminish the existing stress. Also it is needed that companies develop strategies for prevention and control of their workers stress. Certainly these measures will bring benefits to the professional, so as the worker can act with greater tranquility and he/she will be more prepared, what will make possible to improve the care as a whole.
