摘要：El ritual de comer señala los momentos mas marcantes de las diversas éticas y profundamente antropológicas. El hombre encuentra en el candomblé más especificamente en el orixá, el ciclo perfecto en que a traves da materialización de la fe, en granos, carne, papas, quitutes y temperos el nutre y es nutrido. El Orixá si alimenta y transfere al hombre su axé, pero para que ocurra este proceso, es necesario que el alimento ofrecido sea preparado dentro de los procedimientos de la culinária afro-descendiente. Este trabajo fue desarrollado para buscar dentro de la gastronomia del Candomblé, la razón por la cual los deuses si alimentan y cual es la consecuencia de la alimentación de los deuses en la vida del hombre. Esta es una revisión bibliográfica usando documentos secundarios disponibles en la lengua portuguesa. La lectura antropológica hecha aquí sugiere que las preparaciones en el Candomblé están conectadas directamente a quienes les son ofrecidos los alimentos; su simbologia va al encuentro de sus características físicas, psicologicas, el elemento que tiene dominio. A través de todo el contenido descrito es posible afirmar que la alimentación excede valores nutricionales, él une el hombre y su creencia, optimiza el acercamiento y la concretización de lo que se desea y deseó para si mismo y para el mundo a su vuelta.
其他摘要：The ritual of eating signals one of the most meaningful moments of different and deeply anthropological ethics. The man finds in candomblé, more precisely in Brazilian orixá, the perfect cycle where through the materialization of faith, in grains, vegetables, meat, popes, tidbits and condiments it nourishes and is nourished. Orixá feeds itself and transfers to the man its axé, but in order to such a process occurs, it is necessary that the offered food be well prepared, within the procedures of the cookery afro-descendant. This work was developed in order to search inside of the gastronomy of the Brazilian candomblé, the reason why gods are fed and what is the consequence of the feeding of gods in the life of the man. This is a bibliographical revision that uses available secondary documents in Portuguese language. The anthropological reading carried out suggests that the preparations in Brazilian candomblé are directly linked to whom it is offered; its symbol study is related to the physical characteristics, psychological characteristics, and the element which has domain. Through all described content it is possible to confirm that the feeding exceeds nutritional values, it links the man and its belief, optimizes the approach and concretion of what it desired and desire for himself and for the world around him.
