摘要：A prática educativa na saúde vem sendo uma das muitas ferramentas utilizada nas ações de enfermagem, quer seja individual ou em grupo. Contudo, é importante um olhar mais atento sobre os processos pedagógicosque norteiam essa atividade. Este artigo busca identificar os aspectos conceituais e operacionais da atividade educativa da (o) enfermeira (o) na literatura de enfermagem no período de 2000 a 2005, bem como identificar quais as definições conceituais que fornecem as prioridades abstratas usadas pelas (os) enfermeiras (os) e as definições operacionais que apontam os indicadores concretos, específicos na ação educativa. Como caminho metodológico, optou-se pela pesquisa bibliográfica com análise e síntese do material através de vários tipos de leituras, tendo como fio analítico questões originadas do material teórico. Os resultados obtidos demonstraram que a maioria dos conteúdos apresentados nos artigos envolve temas relacionados à doença e ao seu tratamento, além de pouca abordagem sobre os aspectos teóricos conceituais usados nas atividades de grupo.
其他摘要：The health educative practical is becoming one of the many tools used in the actions of nursing, either individual or in group. However, it´s important to give a deeper look on the pedagogical processes that guides this activity. This article aims to identify the conceptual and operational aspects of the educative activity of the nurse in the nursing literature, from 2000 to 2005, as well as identifying which conceptual definitions point to the concrete indicators, specific in the educational action. As for the methodology, it was chosen the bibliographical research with analyzes and synthesis of the material through some types of readings, analyzing questions raised from the theoretical material. The results demonstrated that the majority of the contents presented in articles involve subjects related to the illness and its treatment, with little approach to the conceptual and theoretical aspects used in the group activities.
