摘要：Este artigo descreve a trajetória histórica das diferentes políticas de saúde da mulher, focalizando a questão assistencial. Aponta ainda a importância da Política Nacional de Atenção Integral à Saúde da Mulher e quanto se avançou a partir daí, mas refere ainda a necessidade de se atentar para as lacunas na prática e na realidade das necessidades das mulheres brasileiras e a importância de uma ação proativa das mulheres no cumprimento das políticas públicas voltadas a este grupo social.
其他摘要：This article describes the historical path of the different politics of the woman's health, focusing the subject of assistance. It points the importance of the National Politics of Integral Attention to the Woman's Health in the Brazil, and as how much it enhanced since then, but still refers the need to look at the gaps in the practice and in the reality of the Brazilian women¿s needs and the importance of an proactive action of the women in the execution of the public politics returned to this social group.
