摘要：O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as atividades recreativas realizadas por portadores de feridas crônicas e as barreiras encontradas no convívio familiar, trabalho, círculo de amizade e atividade sexual. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa realizada com 22 indivíduos. Como resultados, 10 (45%) frequentavam teatro antes da lesão. Após adquiri-lá, somente 2 (9%) continuaram; 8 (36%) frequentavam salão de dança, porém, após adquirir a lesão, somente 3 (13%) cultivavam esse hábito. No que concerne às dificuldades em realizar atividades recreativas, 8 (34,40%) sentem-se discriminados. Os 14 (63,6%) dos sujeitos da pesquisa, após adquirirem a lesão, tiveram diminuição da atividade sexual. Diante da complexa realidade que envolve o portador de ferida, é importante que o profissional de enfermagem envolvido com o atendimento desses indivíduos amplie sua visão a respeito dos sentimentos que, frente à doença, afloram entre os membros do círculo familiar e social do paciente. Há que se cuidar do processo de reconstrução de suas vidas.
其他摘要：This study aims to identify the activities of leisure carried through by carriers of chronic wounds and the barriers found in the family affairs, work, among friends and the sexual activity. This is a quantitative research held with 22 persons. 10 (45%) used to the theater before the injury. After the lesions, only 2 (9%) kept going. 8 (36%) used to dance, however, after acquiring the injury, only 3 (13%) maintained this habit. Considering the difficulties in performing leisure activities, 8 (34,4%) feel discriminated. 14 (63,6%) of the citizens of the research, after acquiring the injury, reduced their sexual activity. Considering the complex reality that involves the wound carrier, it is important that the nursing professionals involved with the attendance of these individuals extend their perception of the feelings that arise among family and other contacts of the patient in face of the illness. The process of reconstructing their lives is something that must be taken care of.
