摘要：Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar o índice tornozelo/braço em pacientes com úlcera de perna. Trata-se de um estudo analítico, descritivo, transversal realizado em 2009. Fizeram parte deste estudo 42 pacientes. A coleta se deu por meio do questionário sobre fatores de risco para doença vascular periférica e exame clínico das úlceras. A seguir foi realizada a medição do índice tornozelo/braço. Os resultados demonstram que 27(64,30) apresentaram o índice tornozelo/ braço entre 0,8 e 0,9, 10 (23,80%) entre 0,5 a 0,8 e 5 (11,90%) apresentaram índice menor que 0,5. 20 (47,60%) pacientes tinham idade acima de 61 anos. 20 (47,65%) convivem com a úlcera entre 11 a 15 anos. 16 (38,15%) pacientes apresentaram recidiva da úlcera. 23(54,80%) tinham feridas com tamanho entre 6 a 10 cm2. Por meio deste estudo foi possível identificar índice tornozelo/braço em pacientes com úlcera de perna e se pode direcionar o tratamento.
其他摘要：This study aims to identify the ankle / brachial index in patients with leg ulcers. This is an analytical, descriptive, cross was conducted in 2009. The participants were 42 patients. Samples were collected through the questionnaire on risk factors for peripheral vascular disease and clinical examination of the ulcers. The following was performed to measure the ankle / brachial index. The results demonstrates 27 (64.30) had the ankle / brachial index between 0.8 and 0.9, 10 (23.80%) from 0.5 to 0.8 and 5 (11.90%) had an index lower than 0.5. 20 (47.60%) patients were aged over 61 years. 20 (47.65%) live with the ulcer from 11 to 15 years. 16 (38.15%) patients had ulcer recurrence. 23 (54.80%) had wound size between 60 to 10 cm2. In this study we could identify ankle / brachial index in patients with leg ulcers and can guide treatment.
