摘要：Este estudio se caracteriza como descriptivo, exploratorio y cuantitativo y busca caracterizar la actuación del enfermero en el PSF y demostrar las acciones que facilitan o impiden la práctica de acuerdo con el establecido por el Ministerio de la Salud del Brasil. La muestra se constituyó de 19 enfermeros en unidades de PSF. Los datos fueran colectados a través de un formulario con 3 preguntas abiertas y 5 cerradas. Los resultados del estudio permitieron verifi car que los enfermeros del PSF conocen las preconizaciones del Ministerio de la Salud; por lo tanto no consiguen ejecutar todas las actividades en la práctica. De las acciones desarrolladas por el enfermero se constató la consulta de enfermería, visita domiciliar, grupo educativo y supervisión de enfermería. Los protocolos vinculados y planeamento aparecen como agentes facilitadores de la práctica de la enfermera. Como difi cultadores se tiene acumulo de atribuciones, falta de recursos humanos y falta de espacio físico. Así, las actividades previstas ocurren en parte. Así, hay la necesidad de revisión de la realidad vivencial.
其他摘要：This is a descriptive, exploratory and quantitative study that aims to characterize the nurse performance in the Family Health Program (FHP) and to demonstrate the actions that facilitate the practice or make it diffi cult according to the preconizations established by the Ministry of Health. The sample was constituted of 19 nurses in units of FHP. The data were collected by means of a form with 3 open questions and 5 shut. The results of the present study allowed us verifying that the nurses of FHP know to the preconizations of the Ministry of Health; however, they can not make all activities in the practice. Concerning Concerning the actions developed by the nurse there were: nursing consultation, home visits, educative group and nursing supervision. The protocols, entails and planning appeared as agents that make the nurse practice easier. Concerning the diffi cultating agents, one notes accumulation of attributions, lack of human resources and lack of physical space. Thus, the previewed activities by the MH occur partly due to the need the existing reality be reviewed.
