摘要：El estudio presente tenía el objetivo de conocer la visión que los investigadores médicos que actúan en la práctica de investigaciones clínicas con medicaciones contra VIH/SIDA con respecto al TCLETermino de Consentimiento Libre y Esclarecido. En Brasil varios estudios ven ocurriendo hasta el inicio de la década de 90 y involucra la industria farmacéutica privada principalmente. Con este universo, hace necesario la atención especial a los asuntos éticos que involucran el asunto de investigación y las prácticas médicas. El trabajo de campo fue cumplido con entrevistas en profundidad con 8 investigadores, de centros diferentes de investigaciones clínicas en SIDA en la ciudad de São Paulo. Las entrevistas fueron transcritas y se analizaron por la metodología del Discurso del Sujeto Colectivo. Los resultados permitieron observar que, aunque los profesionales tienen conocimiento lleno del uso del TCLE en investigaciones con seres humanos y las normas eficaces del país y en el mundo en el tema, se hace necesario una reflexión ética, con enfoque en el proceso de consentir del participante voluntário de la investigación
其他摘要：The present study had as objective is to investigate the medical researchers vision that act in the practice of clinical researches with medications against HIV/SIDA on TCLETerm of Free and Illustrious Consent. In Brazil several studies they come happening from I begin it of the decade of 90, involving mainly the private pharmaceutical industry. With this scenery he/she makes himself necessary a special attention to the ethical subjects that involve the subject of research and the medical practices. The fieldwork was accomplished with interviews in depth with 8 researchers, of different centers of clinical researches in Aids in the city of São Paulo. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed, using the methodology of the Collective Subject Speech. The results allowed to end that, although the searching interviewees have full knowledge of the use of TCLE in diescourse with human beings and the effective norms us country and in the world on the theme still makes himself necessary an ethical reflection, with focus in the process of consenting of the subject voluntary research participant.
