摘要：Este artículo describe las articulaciones entre violéncia de género contra las mujeres y la epidemia de HIV/Aids, en el Brasil. Es una investigación-acción hecho por el GESTOS/PE con mujeres HIV positivas con historia de violencia física, sexual o psicológica en sus vidas. El análisis de las entrevistas muestra que las relaciones entre la Aids y violéncia son complejas y se organizan a través de un juego de determinación mutua. En este sentido, las políticas de enfrentamiento de la epidemia del HIV deben tener foco en la conducta individual, como en las prácticas de los servicios de salud, y también a cerca de los determinantes estructurales, institucionales e interpersonales de la violéncia.
其他摘要：This article aims to discuss the articulations between gender based violence against women and the HIV/Aids epidemic, in Brazil, based on a qualitative study carried by GESTOS/PE with HIV positive women that had histories of physical, sexual or psychological violence in their lives. The analysis of the interviews shows that the relations between AIDS and violence are complex and organized through a set of mutual determination. In this sense, the politics of facing the HIV epidemic must focus on both individual behavior, health services and the structural, institutional and interpersonal determinants of the violence.
