摘要：Há diversos fatores do ambiente de negócios que justificam a crescente demanda das organizações por soluções para integração entre sistemas de informação (SI): aumento da diversidade e quantidade dos SI nas organizações, busca de vantagens competitivas que requerem melhor gestão da informação, exigências de órgãos reguladores por maior agilidade no trâmite de informações e a tendência por trabalhos organizados de forma colaborativa, todos exigindo melhor fluxo informacional entre as organizações. Acadêmicos, praticantes e provedores de recursos de tecnologia da informação estão respondendo a esta demanda através do desenvolvimento da abordagem sistemática para integração entre SI a qual envolve: técnicas, conceitos, profissionais, ferramentas e metodologias específicas para tal. A adoção desta abordagem resulta na criação de um ambiente adequado à gestão das integrações entre SI, denominado de camada de integração entre SI. Este artigo apresenta uma pesquisa realizada com grandes corporações brasileiras sobre as atitudes e posicionamento gerencial destas com relação ao tema integração entre SI.
其他摘要：There are many factors of business environment that justify the growing interest of organizations for information systems (IS) integration solutions: increase of IS diversity and quantity in the organizations, search of competitive advantages that demand better management of the information, regulatory organs requiring more agility in the communication channel, and the tendency for works organized in a collaborative way, all of these topics requiring better information flow between organizations. Academics, practitioners and suppliers of information technologies resources are answering this demand through systematic approach for information systems integration, which involves specifics: techniques, concepts, professional and tools. The adoption of systematic approach results in the creation of an adequate environment for management of IS integration, named as IS integration layer. This article presents a research carried out with big Brazilian corporations about their management vision and attitudes related to IS integration matter.
