摘要：La intención de este trabajo es explicar las nuevas fases de tensión que han surgido en relación de Rusia con los EE.UU., la UE y la OTAN. Hoy en día la política exterior rusa tiene en cuenta el realismo político en particular en sus relaciones con los EE.UU. Rusia se ha venido fortaleciendo como una gran potencia a causa de la gestión de petróleo y gas, la producción de nuevas armas y tecnología militar. Por lo tanto, Rusia trata de recuperar su posición como una gran potencia en el mundo; esto generó divergencias entre los intereses de los gobiernos de América y Rusia en términos de la seguridad mundial.
其他摘要：The intention of this paper is to explain the new tension stages which have emerged related to the links of Russia with the USA, EU and the NATO. Nowadays the Russian foreign policy takes into account the political realism particularly in their relationships with the USA. Russia has been strengthening as a great power because of the maintaining of oil and gas' high prices during the last years and the production of new weapons and military technology. Hence, Russia attempts to recover its position as a great power in the world, not only in a bipolar world but in a multipolar one. The opened divergences with regard to the interests and objectives of the Russian and American governments in terms of the European and global security policy complicate in a more remarkable way the peace stage and the prevention of future conflicts not only in the European continent, but also in all over the world.
