摘要：Esta investigación, orientada a determinar la relación entre la acción gerencial y la disposición al cambio administrativo de los gerentes en los Institutos Universitarios de Tecnología del sector público, se realizó un estudio de tipo descriptivo correlacional de campo, con una muestra de 34 gerentes de los Institutos Universitarios de Tecnología, a quienes se les aplicó los cuestionarios: Acción Gerencial y Disposición al Cambio Administrativo. Los resultados estuvieron dados para la acción gerencial con X= 3,62 ptos fundamentada por el liderazgo gerencial con X= 3,19 ptos, ejercicio de la autoridad con media X= 3,91 ptos, y toma de decisiones con X= 3,72 ptos; mientras que la disposición al cambio administrativo estuvo representada por X= 3,38 ptos, con X= 3,81 ptos para la disposición al cambio personal y X= 2,95 ptos para el cambio organizacional. La correlación entre la acción gerencial y esta disposición es- 33 tuvo determinada por r= 0,82. Concluyendo que existe una correlación positiva entre las dos variables, según la consideración de los gerentes, de los Institutos Universitarios de Tecnología públicos.
其他摘要：This research, oriented to stablished the relationship between the management action and the managers availability of the University Institutes to the administrative change in the public sector. Based on the process it was conducted a descriptive research and the result of 34 University Institute managers; where it was stablished the following questionnaires: Management Action and the Availability to the Administrative Change. The results of this data were the following: The Management Action X= 3,62 points; The Management Leadership X=3,19 points, Limited Authority X=3,91 points; and Making Decisions with X= 3, 72 points; on the other side the results of the Administrative Change it was represented by X=3,38 points; The Availability to the Personal Change X= 3,81 points; and X= 2,95 for the Organizational Change. The correlation between the Management Action and this Availability to the Change it was determinated by r= 0,82. One of many conclusion of this research is the appeareance of a positive relationship between this two facts, subject to the Managers consideration of the Publics University Institutes.
