摘要：La evolución desfavorable de la inversión privada destaca como un aspecto relevante de la crisis económica venezolana. En este contexto, el objetivo del artículo consiste en determinar los factores económico-fmancieros que afectan las decisiones de inversión privada en el sector confección zuliano. El estudio es descriptivo y de campo, incluyendo una entrevista personal a 18 gerentes. Los resultados muestran que dentro de tales factores destacan la inflación (44,44%) Yla devaluación monetaria (38,89%). Además, según el 61,11% de los entrevistados, las condiciones de financiamiento de la banca privada imposibilitan el acceso al crédito. Se concluye que es necesario crear condiciones macroeconómicas estables y favorables, que permitan frenar la inflación y devaluación; así como mejorar las condiciones de la oferta crediticia, adecuándolas a las necesidades del sector empresarial
其他摘要：The unfavorable evolution ofthe private investrnent emphasizes like one an important aspect within the Venezuelan economic crisis. Of this context, the objective of the article consists ofdetermining the factors economic-fmanciers who affect the private investrnent decisions of the Zulia state garment sector. The study is descriptive and based on field research, ineluding a personal interview to 18 managers. The results show that within such factors they emphasize the inflation (44,44%) and the monetary devaluation (38,89%). In addition, according to 61.11% of the interviewed people, the conditions of financing of the private bank disable the access on the credit, due to the excessive proceedings and high cost ofthe financing. One concludes that it is necessary to create stable and favorable macroeconomic conditions that allow to restrain the inflation and devaluation, as well as to improve the conditions of the credit supply, adapting them to the necessities of the enterprise sector
