摘要：Desde hace algún tiempo, la retórica de la calidad se viene haciendo cada vez más ubicua en nuestras sociedades, suena en cualquier rincón de la vida cotidiana. Hay una necesidad mayor, precisamente ahora, en un momento de eclosión de este sello «calidad», de definir conceptual y empíricamente qué significa en el campo que nos ocupa de la investigación sociológica. En este artículo se pretende centrar la atención en la relación calidad e investigación cualitativa en el terreno de la sociología, poniendo de relieve algunas aportaciones añejas descuidadas en las contribuciones recientes de autores como Seale, Silverman o Morse. Se aboga por la contribución pionera, continuada y actual de Glaser. Asimismo, se promueven los planteamientos de fondo y propuestas técnicas que tienen que ver con el archivo de los materiales procedentes de estudios cualitativos y el ambivalente papel del software respecto a la calidad. Todo ello partiendo de la experiencia investigadora más general en el contexto español e internacional.
其他摘要：For some time now, the rhetoric of quality has been becoming more and more ubiquitous in our societies and is familiar in any corner of everyday life. There is a greater need right now, at a time of the emergence of this stamp of «quality», to define both conceptually and empirically what it means in the sociological research field we are dealing with. In this article we attempt to focus attention on the relationship between quality and qualitative research in the field of sociology, pointing out some old contributions that have been neglected in the recent contributions of authors such as Seale, Silverman or Morse. The pioneering, continued and current contribution from Glaser is defended. Likewise, the background approaches and technical proposals that have to do with the filing of materials taken from qualitative studies and the ambivalent role of software regarding quality are promoted. This all starts out from the most recent research experience in the Spanish and international context.
