摘要：El cambio familiar ha dado lugar a la emergencia de un «nuevo pacto conyugal» caracterizado por la negociabilidad de los términos de la convivencia, tanto en la forma en la que se inicia como en la que se desarrolla y eventualmente puede terminarse. Sobre la base de una encuesta realizada en la Comunidad de Madrid en 2003 entre las que hemos denominado «nuevas familias», se analizan los potenciales efectos que el reparto desigual del trabajo doméstico y del cuidado de los niños tiene sobre la satisfacción con la dinámica de pareja y con el riesgo de ruptura del proyecto de vida en común. Aplicando un análisis de regresión logística, la razón de probabilidades de haber pensado así como de haber hablado seriamente de la ruptura del proyecto de vida en común está condicionada, entre otras variables, tanto por los términos del reparto del trabajo doméstico como por la satisfacción con los términos del mismo y la potencial conflictividad que puede generar. A menor desigualdad en el reparto, mayor satisfacción con elmismo, y a menor conflictividad, menor riesgo de ruptura, controlados los efectos de la conflictividad general de la pareja.
其他摘要：The characteristics of family change have given rise to the emergence of a «new conjugal pact» characterized by the negotiability of the terms of co-existence, both in the way it starts out, and in the way it develops and can eventually end. Based on a survey carried out in the Madrid Region in 2003 among so-called «new families», the article analyzes the potential effects of the unequal distribution of housework and childcare on marital adjustment and divorce risk. Applying logistic regression analysis, the reason behind the probabilities of thinking as well as speaking about ending the relationship is conditioned, among other variables, both by the terms of the distribution of housework among spouses and by satisfaction with those terms and the conflict´s frequency over them. The lower the inequality of the distribution of housework, the greater the satisfaction and the lower the conflicts over these topics, the greater is the satisfaction with currentcouple life and the lower the risk of ending the relationship.
