摘要：En este trabajo se realiza una reflexión sobre la influencia de los diversos procedimientos de recogida de datos, centrándonos específicamente en la utilización de nuevas tecnologías. Los procedimientos de recogida de datos fueron clasificados hace años atendiendo a la presencia/ no presencia física del entrevistador, y a la existencia o no de entrevistador. Estas categorías dieron lugar a tres procedimientos «tradicionales» de recogida de datos: entrevista personal, telefónica y postal. En el momento actual, estos modos de recogida de datos se ven notablemente mejorados por la aparición de nuevas tecnologías que permiten recoger una mayor cantidad de datos y transmitirlos rápidamente con un costo -en ocasiones- mucho menor; entre éstas destacamos la entrevista personal asistida por ordenador, la entrevista telefónica automática, la encuesta por fax, la encuesta electrónica autorrellenada y la encuesta electrónica por correo electrónico.
其他摘要：This paper comprises a reflection on the influence of the different procedures used for data collection, and centres specifically on the use of new technologies. Years ago, data collection procedures were classified according to whether the interviewer was physically present or otherwise, and whether or not an interviewer existed. These categories gave rise to three «traditional » data collection procedures: the personal, the telephonic and the postal interview. At the present time, these data collection methods are significantly improved by the appearance of new technologies which permit the collection of a larger amount of data and its rapid transmission at a cost which is, on occasions, much lower. Notable amongst these are: the computer- assisted personal interview, the automatic telephonic interview, the survey conducted via fax, the electronic self-completion survey and the electronic survey carried out through e-mail.
