摘要：Este trabalho pretende discutir, na perspectiva de gênero, os romances de Rachel de Queiroz publicados na década de 30, ressaltando as representações do feminino e as ressonâncias do socialismo e do feminismo. Em sua maioria, as personagens femininas criadas pela autora cearense lutam por igualdade social, reivindicam liberdade de pensamento e poder de decisão nas relações afetivas e procuram resistir à subordinação ao masculino.
其他摘要：This work intends to discuss the novels Rachel de Queiroz published in the 30's from the perspective of genre, emphasizing feminine representations and the resonances of socialism and feminism. In their majority, the feminine characters created by the author (who was born in Ceará) fight for social equality, claim freedom of thought and the power to make decisions in affective relationships, aiming to resist masculine subordination.
