摘要：Frente a estas realidades, la convocatoria a la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente se erigió como el gran momento político para la consolidación de un nuevo proyecto de sociedad caracterizado por una verdadera eticidad democrática. Las narrativas de la democracia participativa y la consolidación de la paz se constituyeron en los nuevos valores para la legitimación del naciente proyecto social. La puesta en escena de estas narrativas permitió la convergencia de los diversos actores sociales en la alternativa de convocar al constituyente primario para la formulación de un nuevo pacto político. De hecho, la idea de la ANC fue defendida con diferentes matices por diversas fuerzas sociales y políticas que iban desde las tendencias más progresistas hasta las más conservadoras. Sin embargo, no se puede olvidar que el actor más interesado en la Construcción de una nueva Carta Política para los colombianos era el ejecutivo.
其他摘要：In front of these realities, the convocation to the Constituent National Assembly was erected as the great political moment for the consolidation of a new society project characterized by a true democratic eticidad. The narratives of the democracy participativa and the consolidation of the peace were constituted in the new securities for the legitimation of the nascent social project. The setting in scene of these narratives allowed the convergence of the diverse social actors in the alternative of summoning to the primary constituent for the formulation of a new political pact. In fact, the idea of the ANC was protected with different shades for diverse social and political forces that you/they went from the most progressive tendencies to the most conservative. However, he/she cannot forget that the most interested actor in the Construction of a new Political Letter for the Colombians was the executive.
