O artigo trata das formas de representação consideradas pela psicanálise. Indaga tanto as produções de memórias pessoais, quanto as atribuições de responsabilidade nas organizações sociais totalitárias. Indaga, também, a imbricação entre representação individual e coletiva e a particularidade que assumem as memórias da infância nessa questão.

This paper concerns forms of representation considered by psychoanalysis. It investigates both the production of personal memories and attributions of responsibility in totalitarian societies. It also examines the relation between individual and collective representation and underlines the special importance of childhood memories in this context.
