摘要：Análise sobre a autonomia dos portadores de transtorno mental grave, sob o olhar do próprio usuário. Pesquisa de cunho qualitativo, com análise de dados de prontuários médicos e entrevistas. Participaram deste estudo seis usuários de um centro de atenção em saúde mental no Estado de Minas Gerais/Brasil. A partir da análise de conteúdo das fontes, observou-se que têm habilidades sociais compatíveis com sua manutenção na comunidade, estabelecem bom nível de comunicação e entendimento de sua condição de vida. Percebe-se que os usuários inseridos nesse serviço são capazes de estabelecer trocas com a comunidade em geral e realizam atividades sociais que sugere conquista de autonomia. Contudo ainda estão vivendo em mundos restritos, com estreitos espaços de trocas, o que dificulta o estabelecimento dos contratos sociais, que poderia gerar mais autonomia. Conclui-se que o alto nível de miserabilidade e a pouca integração entre os profissionais e a comunidade têm influenciado negativamente nesta conquista.
其他摘要：Analysis about the autonomy of serious mental disturbance carries under the subjects own. Quality research with analysis of data from medical reports and interviews. Six subjects of a Mental Health Attention Center of Minas Gerais/Brazil participated in the study. From the analysis of the content of the sources it was observed that they have compatible social abilities with their maintenance in the community, they establish a good level of communication and understanding of their life condition. It is perceived that the subjects engaged in these services are able to establish meaningful changes with the community in general and accomplish social activities considered autonomous production. However, they are still living in restrict worlds, with narrow changing spaces which make it difficult to establish social contracts that could create more autonomy. It is concluded that the large misery and the little integration among psychology apparatus and the community are negative influence for this conquest.
