摘要：A educação sexual é crucial para reduzir os comportamentos sexuais de risco (ou pelo menos não permitir o seu aumento).O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar a implementação da educação sexual em meio escolar.Para o estudo quantitativo, foram convidadas a participar todas as Unidades orgânicas (UO) de Portugal Continental.Participaram no estudo quantitativo um total de 428 diretores, 424 professores coordenadores de educação para a saúde, pertencentes a 428 UO (que incluem 384 agrupamentos e 44 escolas secundárias não agrupadas), que correspondem a 53% das UO portuguesas públicas, e integram 617 701 alunos e 60 595 professores.Para o estudo qualitativo realizaram-se entrevistas.Da análise dos resultados ressalta que a Lei n.º 60/2009 (de 6 de agosto) está a ser implementada, no que diz respeito à apresentação dos conteúdos de educação sexual previstos na Lei e a carga horária preconizada.As UO organizaram um Gabinete de Informação e Apoio ao Aluno e gerem o respetivo funcionamento.A implementação da Lei é em geral classificada como Boa/Muito Boa.No entanto, dirigentes e professores sublinham que as UO estão a fazer um enorme esforço para cumprir a Lei, alguns questionando a continuidade do processo nas atuais condições.Direções e professores referiram a necessidade de "revitalizar" este tema, sublinham a necessidade de manutenção da Lei, do edital anual a partir do qual o Ministério da Educação e Ciência recebe propostas de solicitação de financiamento por parte das UO, para projetos na área da promoção da saúde, e a importância da formação de docentes.
其他摘要：Sex education is crucial for reducing sexual risk behaviors (or at least not to enable to their increase). The goal of this study was to evaluate the implementation of sex education in schools. For the quantitative study, all school Organic Units (OU) in mainland Portugal. In the quantitative study a total of 428 school principals, 424 coordinating teachers of health education, belonging to 428 OU (including 384 school groupings and 44 non grouping secondary schools), which correspond to 53% of the Portuguese public OU, corresponding to 617 701 students and 60 595 teachers. For the qualitative study interviews were conducted. Analysis of the results emphasizes that Law no. º 60/2009 (6th august) is being implemented with regard to addressing the contents of sex education provided for in the Law as well as the number of hours established. The OU organized an office that provides information and support for students and manage its functioning. The implementation of the Law is, overall, ranked as Good/Very Good. However, principals and teachers emphasize that OU are making a huge effort to implement the Law, some of them questioning their ability to continue this process due to the current conditions. Principals and teachers reported the need to "revitalize" this theme, underlining the need to maintain the Law and the annual Notice from which the Ministry of Education and Science receives proposals for funding request, by the OU, for projects in the area of health promotion, and the importance of teacher training.
