摘要：El artículo constituye un primer ensayo de interpretación sobre la evolución histórica del campo de producción de conocimientos sobre educación en la Argentina. El trabajo se plantea, por un lado, presentar de un modo panorámico las condiciones socio-históricas que están en la base de la emergencia, configuración y expansión de este campo. Y, por otro, caracterizar a los agentes, instituciones y dinámicas de funcionamiento que estructuron estas prácticas en el largo plazo. En esta dirección, se presenta una periodización preliminar que toma en cuenta la acción del Estado, la expansión del sistema de instrucción pública y el rol que asumieron las universidades en la evolución y constitución del campo. El trabajo postula que, a diferencia otros campos de conocimiento donde el proceso de constitución se encuentra casi exclusivamente vinculado a su institucionalización como saberes científico-académicos en el ámbito universitario, el campo de producción de conocimientos en educación tiene dos raíces de constitución: el campo burocrático estatal y la universidad.
其他摘要：The article constitutes a first attempt of interpretation on the historical evolution of the field of production of knowledge in education in Argentina. The work proposes, on the one hand, a panoramic introduction to the basic socio-historical conditions for the emergence, configuration and expansion of this field. On the other hand, it features the agents, institutions and dynamics that, in the long term, structured these practices. In this way, it introduces a preliminary periodization of the evolution and constitution of the field which takes into account the action of the State, the expansion of the system of statefunded instruction and the role that the universities assumed in this process. The work asserts that, in contrast to other fields of knowledge where the processes of constitution are almost exclusively related to their institutionalization in the sphere of universities as scientific-academic knowledges, the field of production of knowledge in education has two roots of constitution: the statebureaucratic field and the university.
