- 摘要：A partir da constatação da relação entre o grau de estruturação do trabalho assalariado e a condição socioeconômica da população, o texto examina as tendências recentes de geração de emprego e renda no Brasil e associa essas tendências com o desempenho da economia, em termos de crescimento do PIB e ritmo da inflação.Em seguida, destacando a importância do Estado na regulação da economia e do mercado de trabalho, o texto comenta sobre as perspectivas de evolução do emprego e renda, com a crise mundial, levando em conta mudanças no tamanho e perfil da PEA, consequências da dinâmica demográfica e da participação na atividade econômica de homens e mulheres de diferentes idades.

Based on the observation of the relationship between the degree of structuring of wage labour and socioeconomic status, the text examine the recent trends of generating employment and income in Brazil and associate these trends with the performance of the economy in terms of GDP growth and inflation rate. Then, highlight the importance of the state in regulating the economy and the labour market, the text talks about the outlook for employment and income, with the global crisis, taking into account changes in the size and profile of the EAP as a result of demographic dynamics and participation in economic activities of men and women of different ages.
