Este artigo propõe-se a discutir os limites e as possibilidades educativas de enfrentamento do vazio existencial que assola as paisagens humanas contemporâneas, na forma de uma cultura da imagem. A constituição de novas territorialidades concebidas aqui como outros modos possíveis de existir e conviver assinala a aposta em práticas educativas que reafirmem o cuidado e a produção de sentido como opções éticas e políticas capazes de contribuir com a expansão da vida em sua potência de invenção e responsabilidade com o coletivo, a partir de Martin Heidegger e Donald Winnicott.

This article intends to discuss the limits and educational possibilities of confronting the existential emptiness that devastates the contemporary human landscapes in the form of an image culture. Drawing on Martin Heidegger's and Donald Winnincott' work, the constitution of new territorialities conceived here as other possible ways of being and coexisting points out the commitment to educational practices that reaffirm the care and production of meaning as ethical and political choices that contribute to the expansion of life in its power of invention and responsibility to the collective.
