El presente artículo muestra el proceso, la investigación y los resultados de un análisis de usabilidad en los sitios web de las cooperativas agroalimentarias del sector frutícola y oleícola de la provincia de Lleida. El estudio nace de la necesidad de analizar el estado de la presencia y uso de Internet en general y de la web en particular para una industria vital para la citada provincia. Ambos sectores, aceite y fruta dulce, son de vital importancia para la economía de esta zona. La evaluación del espacio zonal de la página de inicio de la web y la evaluación heurística son las técnicas de evaluación utilizadas, pues ambas se adaptan a la amplia muestra a analizar. Una vez identificados los problemas y errores se aportan las posibles mejoras o soluciones a los problemas detectados.

This article shows the process, the research and the results of a usability analysis carried out in a set of fruit and olive-growing websites cooperatives. The study comes from the need of analyzing the presence and the use of the Internet and the Web for this vital industry in the province of Lleida (Spain). Both sectors, olive-oil and sweet fruit, are of vital importance to the economy of this area. The evaluation of the homepage spatial distribution of the site and the heuristic evaluation are the used techniques. Both cater to the large sample to be analyzed. Once the problems and errors have been identified, the possible improvements or solutions to the problems identified are proposed.
