Em diálogo com ofilme A vida secreta das palavras, toma-se o silêncio emblemático da trama deIsabel Coixet para forçar um pensamento intempestivo que produza conhecimento na articulação entre ciência e arte. Perscrutando o sentido de problematização de imagens clichês, sobretudo, de imagens de masculinidade, a finalidade é a de partir da análise do filme, construir um território de experimentação política e ética, por meio do qual se possa povoar solidões, habitar silêncios, traçar um mapa onde as palavras têm uma força secreta.

The purpose of this essay is to problematize hegemonic politics of subjectivity, imagery, language, attention, body, gender or of sexuality. In dialogue with the film The Secret Life of Words, silence becomes emblematic of the plot Isabel Coixet to force a preposterous thought that dares to produce knowledge on the relationship between science and art.
