摘要：The evolution in genome sequencing has known a spectacular growth during the last decade. One of the main challenges for the researchers is to understand the evolution of the genome and in particular to identify the DNA segments that have a biological significance. In this study we present a new algorithm - ADMSL - optimized for finding motifs in long DNA sequences and we emphasize some experiments done in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithm in comparison with other motifs finding algorithms.
