摘要：Recent policies implemented to protect water-quality encourage improved management of land-applied manure. The significant potential cost of transport and land application has heightened interest in the off-farm processing of animal waste. This paper examines the potential for expansion in off-farm processing facilities to contribute to a regional manure solution.
