其他摘要:The fatty acid composition in muscle of three freshwater fishes Schizothorax waltoni, Ptychobarbus dipogon, Shizopygopsis younghusbandi was analyzed. The most abundant 10 fatty acids are the saturated fatty acids 16:0 and 18:0, the monounsaturated fatty acids 16:1n-9, 18:1n-9 and 18:1n-7, the polyunsaturated fatty acids 18:2n-6, 20:4n-6, 20:5n-3, 22:5n-3, 22:6n-3. The result showed that the pattern of fatty acids in the Tibetan fish resembled that of marine fish, and the content of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids were relatively higher.
