摘要：Los autores utilizan el método histórico-genealógico para establecer las fuerzas dominantes que dieron origen a la Administración. El positivismo, la racionalidad tecnológica, el capitalismo moderno, las presiones del movimiento obrero y la economía neoclásica fueron elementos fundamentales del contexto histórico en el cual emerge esta nueva disciplina. Esta indagación por el contexto en el cual surge la Administración científica se realiza con base en los trabajos de Marx, Weber, Polanyi, Marcuse y Aktouf. El artículo considera que la Administración es una narrativa en la cual la empresa se interpreta como una entidad que debe maximizar la utilidad y procurar de manera prevalente la creación de valor económico para los propietarios, incluso por encima de la dignidad del ser humano, ya que este se considera un medio y no un fin en sí mismo. Los autores proponen algunos ejemplos donde opera esta lógica de instrumentalización del ser humano y luego hacen una crítica a la investigación y a la enseñanza vigente en las escuelas de negocios. Finalmente, se propone la búsqueda de una Administración contextualizada y permeada por la solidaridad, donde el objetivo principal sea el desarrollo integral de las personas en las empresas.
其他摘要：The historic-genealogical method is used by the authors to determine the leading power originating management. The positivism, the technological rationality, the modern capitalism, the pressures of the worker’s movement and the neoclassical economy were key elements of the historical context from which this new discipline emerges. This research about the context in which the scientific Management came up is made on the basis of Marx’s, Weber’s, Polanyi’s, Marcuse’s and Aktouf’s works. We see the administration as a narrative in which the company is conceived as an entity that should maximize the profits and, prevailingly, the creation of an economic value to the shareholders, even above the dignity of the human being, since this is considered the means but not the end in itself. The authors provide some examples in which this logic of instrumentation of the human being operates. Later on, they review the research and the existing teaching ways in the business schools. Finally, the search of a contextualized and permeatedby-solidarity administration is proposed, in which the main objective is the integral development of people in the companies.
