摘要：The globalization processes and economic opening have forced to the productive sectors to change their work strategies completely, centering their efforts in improving their quality, productivity and delivery terms, with the objective to obtain as much national competitiveness as internationally . The present work analyzes in detail the sector dedicated to the production of injection molds for thermoplastics and their users, with the objective of determining its strengths and opportunities of improvement within its work lines in the areas of design, machinery, raw material and quality.
